Making our first beer - video blog
Here's a video of us making our first beer. We brewed a stout, which, if all goes well, will be ready for consumption in August, 2011.
Although the beer was prepared in India, all the ingredients were imported. We hope to use local ingredients in our future batches.

ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed your beer. Last month I gifted my friend a home brewing kit. Unfortunately his experiment didn't turn out so well. We think it is because of the high temperature of Mumbai. I was hoping if you could provide some insight and suggest some simple mechanism to control the temperature during fermentation or if there is any better quality yeast suitable for high temperature.
